Security and Compliance
At the GGLG we take compliance seriously. We undergo annual information security independent assessments and American Land Title Association ("ALTA") Best Practice Compliance audits. We have embraced state-of-the-art compliance solutions and have developed a compliance-first culture.
Independent compliance auditors have recognized our compliance posture, especially when compared to other similarly-sized real estate/mortgage finance law firms. In addition to annual ALTA Best Practice Compliance Assessments, we undergo annual Information Security On-Site Assessments (including vulnerability and penetration testing) by an ALTA Elite Provider, independent security firm and require staff to undergo the industry-leading Information Security Compliance training on an annual basis. Our staff on-boarding process includes background and reference checks and regular in-house compliance and information security training.
