Andrew Grabiner, Esq. (Hofstra University, ’05) Mr. Grabiner focuses his law practice in real estate transactions, business law, and tax deferred like-kind property exchanges which can include secured lending. Andrew also represents several major lending institutions in residential loan closings. Mr. Grabiner has assisted entrepreneurs in the creation of Limited Liability Companies and Incorporations, as well as drafted several Partnership and Joint Venture agreements to facilitate the client's particular needs regarding, taxation, financing, partnership duty allocation, and limited personal liability protection.
Andrew D. Grabiner received his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude and received the Certificate of Excellence in estate law. Andrew was also a participant in the Ruskin Moot Court Competition. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, graduating with a dual degree in finance and marketing from The University of Buffalo. He is a member of the State Bar of New York, the New York County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association (2006).
